Before you book
When can I have my first scan?
From 6 weeks of pregnancy with an Early Pregnancy Scan. It confirms the heartbeat and dates your pregnancy. From 12 weeks you can book a Reassurance Scan at any stage.
Can I bring family with me?
Yes. You can bring up to 4 guests, children included. The 4D Bonding Scan is designed for sharing, with a large screen on the wall. It takes about 30 minutes in the room, so allow 45 minutes in total.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Use the link in your confirmation e-mail. Free reschedule up to 24 hours before your scan. Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before, no refund inside 48 hours.
Do these scans replace my NHS scans?
No. Our scans are in addition to the scans your NHS maternity team offers, and we recommend you attend every one of them.
How do I pay?
You pay in full when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Anything you add at the clinic, such as extra prints, is paid on our card reader.
