Find my booking

Enter the e-mail address you booked with and your booking reference. We send a link to that e-mail address that opens your booking, where you can move or cancel it.

It starts with BSC and is in your confirmation e-mail and text.

Check your e-mail

If those details match a booking we have sent the link to your e-mail.

Nothing there after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, or call the clinic you booked with.

The link opens the booking page; in the prototype that is Hannah's booking. For safety the page says the same thing whether or not the details match.
