Who we are

babyscan.clinic is run by A company name here, registered in England (the franchisor). We decide how booking data is used, which makes us the controller. The clinic you book with uses your details to deliver your scan on our behalf.

What we collect

• Your name, e-mail address and mobile number
• Your due date or the date of your last period, to suggest the right scan
• The scan, clinic, date and time you choose, and any notes you add
• Payment records: amount, date and a reference from Stripe. We never see or store your card number
• If you agree, whether you would like news and offers

Why we use it

To take and manage your booking and payment (our contract with you), to send your confirmation, reminder and any changes by e-mail and text, to meet our legal duties such as keeping financial records, and, only with your consent, to send you news and offers. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who sees it

The clinic you book with; Stripe, who process card payments; our e-mail and text message providers; and Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement only if you accept those cookies. See cookies.

Your scan images and report

Images and reports are created and kept by your clinic's imaging system, not by our booking system. Ask your clinic for a copy at any time.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records for 6 years, as required for tax. Marketing preferences until you change them. Waiting list details until the clinic opens, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, object to how we use them, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to privacy@babyscan.clinic. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
